Awesome Thundercats Remake

Check out this remake

Thundercats!! This guy used the sounds from the original cartoon, but they used photoshop to redo the scenes, one frame at a time from other movies.

Lion-O = Brad Pitt in Troy
Tigra = Hugh Jackman in X-Men
Panthro = Vin Diesel in Chronicles of Riddick or Pitch Black
Cheetara = ?
Wildekit & Wildekat = Spy Kids
Snarf = Garfield

A lot of work, but its a labour of love I suppose

Drunken Master

One of my favorites. Then again, many clips here are favorites too

1st Drunken Fight Scene. A better version but lousier English translation here

Final fight scene. Again, better quality video in English here. The reason I posted the cantonese one is the music is better and the conversation much funnier

The original Drunken Master. Arguably the movie that brought Jackie to the forefront in the 70s.

Drunken Boxing 8 Immortals

Deleted Scene

Final Fight. Wierd that this is in spanish though

Guitar Showdown!

From cult classic Crossroads (no, not the Britney Spears one). Most of the music is played by Steve Vai

Tombstone

Another favourite western from the 90s.... Tombstone! Although Unforgiven to me is the best western ever, this one is great too as it flowed like a comic book.

Wyatt Bitchslap

Val Kilmer's best role in my opinion. Doc Holiday was the best character here.

Gunfight at Ok Coral

Hell's Coming With Me!

Speak Louder Son, You Might Win Yourself an Oscar

Remember these scenes? All at least Academy Award Nominated or Won. Just SPEAK LOUDLY!!

"Hoo-ah!"

"You Can't Handle the Truth!"

"The Path of a Righteous Man is Beset on All Sides...."

Unforgiven

Unforgiven is in my opinion probably my favourite western of all time, and this is the best scene of all time. A real masterpiece

Food, glorious food

My wife says I over romanticize movies I have watched and liked, especially when it comes to chinese movies.

I downloaded Thunderbolt by Jackie Chan a few weeks ago, and I have to say she's probably right. I used to like this movie, but it was decidedly very average at best.

I have always loved cooking movies and shows, especially competition. That explains my love for the God of Cooking, and the reason why I downloaded so many Iron Chefs and Jamie Oliver shows.

One show I particularly loved is The Chinese Feast. I actually had this video tape in Melbourne, and I bought the VCD twice only to lose it to relatives who never returned the VCDs. Its damn near impossible to find.

Fortunately I found it on Youtube. Unfortunately, its pretty bad. I think anything Anita Yuen acts in is crap. But the cooking scenes are still great though.

Mmmmm feel like sweet and sour pork or noodles right now.

The Final Duel

Part 1

Part 2

Part 3

The God of Cookery by Stephen Chow is definitely funnier, better filming, better rated overall, but I have a soft spot for the Chinese Feast

Anyway, here's the God of Cookery:

Opening Scene

Finale Part 1

Finale Part 2

Bon Appetit

Best Fight Scenes

Jackie Chan vs Jet Li, perhaps the most eagerly anticipated fight scenes of all time

However, to me the best fight scene of all time is this:

Not only has it the best choreography, it has a catchy beat, comedy, dancing and weapons. Also one of my son's favorite movies as well
